This is one of the purest expressions of Mezcal: smokiness without it dominating the palate, and so smooth and agreeable that it is perfectly delightful on its own, but it also offers a world of possibilities for mixed drinks.
Tasting Notes: Smooth and rich, with light smokiness on the nose and pallet. Notes of vanilla, citrus, earthy spice, and turmeric. Warm and rich tones that linger delightingly on the pallet.
Serving recommendations: Wonderful on its own as an apéritif or a digestive. Also goes beautifully with barbecue, smoked fish, salami, and aromatic hard cheeses.
