internal staff communications platform operated by Downtown Spirits LLC
("we," "us," or "our").

- Message delivery status and timestamps

marketing or advertising purposes.

Your phone number may be shared only with our SMS service provider
(Twilio, Inc.) for the sole purpose of message delivery, and only to
the extent necessary to operate the program.

Data Retention
We retain SMS consent records and message logs for a period consistent
with applicable employment record-keeping requirements and applicable law.
Records are retained securely and are not used beyond their original purpose.

Your Rights
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
