The pinot noir and chardonnay are sourced from the prestigious Hyland vineyard in the McMinnville AVA. This is one of Oregon's oldest vineyards that consistently produces fruit of high quality. The chardonnay and pinot noir are made separately. The pinot noir goes through a light press and is combined with the chardonnay. This fresh, aromatic rosé from sommelier and winemaker Andre Hueston Mack has vibrant aromas of red berries that are reflected on the palate along with notes of watermelon and kiwi. Pair with spicy Asian takeout, light grilled foods, or a summer salad.
